About Us (关于华人协会)

Millburn Short Hills Chinese Association (MSHCA) is a registered 501(c) (3) non-profit community organization of Chinese residents in Millburn and Short Hills areas (Pubic Charity Federal Tax ID 26-4679327).

The Millburn Short Hills Chinese Association was established in 2005, its family membership has been growing from less 100 participants to more than two hundred member families and 1,000+ members.

The Millburn Short Hills Chinese Association is formed for the purpose of servicing local Chinese community, introducing Chinese tradition and culture to residents, actively participating and contributing to local community activities at Millburn Township.

    新泽西州蜜尔本镇位于新州北部，辖 Millburn 和Short Hills， 山青水秀，风景宜人。蜜尔本交通方便，高速公路四通八达，十五分钟到Newark 国际机场，有火车40分钟直达纽约中城和下城。我们镇多年被评选为新泽西最顶尖的学区。该镇2014年被Money Magazine。

    该镇的华裔居民大多为专业人士，不乏就职于华尔街各大金融机构以及蜚声国际的各大药厂的精英人士，还有很多是医生，律师和大学教授。

    蜜尔本华人协会(Millburn Short Hills Chinese Association) 始创于2005 年。为具有免税资格的非盈利机构（EIN 26-4679327）。自创立以來，经过历界组织者及当地居民的积极参与，协会的影响日趋壮大，人数由当初的不足百人，到目前为止超过200户人，会员过千。

    蜜尔本华人协会的宗旨关心华人社区的发展，弘扬中华传统文化，并且投身于当地社区建设。协会在每年的中秋节，春节都举办大型的庆祝活动，宣扬中华文化，并且建立平台让当地华人更加了解蜜尔本社区建设，比如学区委员选举，参与社区建设，以及积极融入当地社区事务。
